Yet another way in which the companies help the customers with the technical know how is through the internet. There are various blogs and forums which are created by the company to provide solution to the customers by simply posting their query on the blog or forum. The computer tech support is provided either in helping the customer to know about the possible faults that the computer may have or by repairing the system for the customers at low charges.
